ROLI is a Rotaract female led program that seeks to address critical issues women face in society and also supports a culture where women in Rotaract exploit their knowledge and abilities to not only better themselves as individuals but also to enable them transform their communities. ROLI focuses its efforts on enabling ladies in Rotaract Uganda to participate in impactful projects that foster Rotary’s ambitions for diversity and increase membership. In the spirit of charity and ‘service above self’ as cultivated by Rotary International, the young people who have joined the initiative have taken it upon themselves to go an extra mile and reach to make a difference in the lives of girls, boys, ladies and gentlemen who may not necessarily have the same privileges as they do.
