Rotaract is a Rotary program that brings together people ages 18 and older to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service. Formerly part of Rotary District 9211, Rotaract District 9213 represents 114 Rotaract Clubs in Uganda covering areas of Northern Uganda, Eastern Uganda, mid-Western Uganda and part of the Central region.
